Choose the days your loved one will attend this week.
Clients enrolled in our 5-day plan are automatically scheduled Monday through Friday and do not need to book their days each week.
Please Note: The Attendance Calendar is exclusively for active members with a paid membership.
If you are new to Caldore Acres Adult Day Health Care, you must complete the following steps before scheduling attendance:

Schedule and complete a tour.

Complete the required assessment.

Submit all enrollment paperwork.

Select and pay for a membership plan.
